What if I need to cancel my order?

We will do our best to cancel an order before it is shipped. To cancel, please email us as soon as possible at hello@flauntbody.com. If the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. 

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation, via email or SMS, immediately after the order has been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS as well. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, you can click the tracking number to see the status of the delivery. Tracking your order on USPS will provide more up to date tracking information.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at hello@flauntbody.com so we can investigate and replace your damaged item immediately. We do not issue refunds for items damaged in transit.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Orders outside of the United States may be subject to local import charges. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. FLAUNT BODY cannot be held responsible for any additional charges as customs and duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import. Before shopping online with FLAUNT BODY, we ask that you be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order.

What is the return policy?

We’ll gladly accept your returns for any unopened FLAUNT BODY products within 14 days of receipt date, no questions asked. Your satisfaction with FLAUNT BODY is our goal! Email hello@flauntbody.com to begin the process. The estimated refund time is approximately 10 business days from the date we receive your return and will be made via your original form of payment or check. We're sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable.  

Can discount codes be applied?

FLAUNT BODY issues discount codes throughout the year for a limited amount of time. Discount codes must be applied at checkout, we are not liable for applying discounts after your order is submitted and cannot apply a discount past the expiration date. Discount codes can be used once per order. We are not able to swap discount codes after your purchase, so please ensure you enter the code you want when checking out.

When will my order ship?

We hate waiting for good things to come so our goal is to process orders within 1 business day. See below for our shipping timelines. Your order is shipped via USPS from our warehouse in Las Cruces, NM. You will receive a tracking number once it has been picked up by the shipping carrier. When an order is scanned in by the carrier, an email is automatically sent to you with your tracking link. Standard shipping times are listed below.

We do not ship on Sundays or federal holidays.  Delivery may occur on weekends, in accordance with USPS shipment times.

If you are concerned with receiving your order to your address due to lost or stolen shipments in the past, we do ship to PO boxes or we recommend that you ship it to a secure mailbox. We cannot replace an order that was stolen. We recommend making sure your address is secure.

We guarantee your order will ship from our headquarters within the shipping time frame you select, however if there is an unforeseen delay by the carrier due to things like weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we do not issue a refund for the expedited shipping cost. The expedited and preferred shipping choices guarantee your order ships ahead of all standard shipping orders within the listed time frame.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary standard shipping to the United States.  You may choose Preferred Shipping (1-2 business days) for $9.00 or Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) for $12.00.

Am I able to change the shipping address?

Please send us an email at hello@flauntbody.com immediately so we can change the address. We will do our best to change the address before it is shipped but please keep in mind that it is best to double check when entering your shipping address at checkout.

What if my order was shipped to the wrong address by mistake?

If the address entered at checkout is deemed undeliverable and the item is returned to us, we will try to ship the item back to you once the correct address is confirmed. 

If your item was delivered to an address entered incorrectly and you aren't able to obtain your shipment, we are not responsible for shipping a replacement. Please double check the shipping address when placing an order to ensure your order arrives to you safe and sound. 

Refunds will not be issued if an item is returned back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address but we will re-ship the item to you once it arrives at our facilities. 

What if my order says it has been delivered but I did not receive it?

If your order says delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact your local post office to see if your shipment is being held. Most of the time, the carrier has marked your item as delivered a little too early. In most cases it ends up being delivered within 24 hours. If you consider your package lost or stolen, please notify your local post office.

If you are concerned with receiving your order to your address due to lost or stolen shipments in the past, we do ship to PO boxes or we recommend that you ship it to a secure mailbox.

If an item is suspected as lost or stolen, in order to get a replacement we request that you file a case with USPS for your missing item and send us the case number within 7 days of your item delivery date. We are unable to file the case on your behalf but will make sure you get your item once the case is filed by you and verified by us. To avoid potential delivery issues, make sure to use a secure and valid address when ordering.

Where does FLAUNT BODY ship?

FLAUNT BODY currently ships to the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the UK. You may experience longer delivery times when ordering from remote areas. Check out our list below for regions we ship to and tag us #flauntbody if you want our products to come to you.

North America
Your order is shipped via USPS and then transferred to your local postal carrier when it reaches your country. You can track your shipment by using the tracking link sent to you once your item has been picked up by the carrier.

International Shipping

International orders usually take anywhere from 7-14 business days to reach you pending any customs processing delays. Our team will pick, pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days.  

All international orders are subject to passing customs. We are unable to estimate the exact time an order will take to pass through customs so please keep this in mind when placing your order. We are unable to rush an order through customs or find out how far along an order is in customs, this is the discretion of the customs department in your country. 

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely no! We do not test on animals and we make every effort to ensure all ingredients are sourced from manufacturers share our cruelty free ethos. We only test on willing participants, friends, family and ourselves.

Can I use the Ingrown Treatment Mask on my face?

The Ingrown Hair Mask was developed and formulated to address post shave and wax concerns. While the bikini area is sensitive skin too, we do not recommend using the mask on your face. There are so many great face masks that we can recommend. Email us if you want our opinion on a few.  

What is the shelf life of the products?

Do you have samples?

Occasionally, we have samples of products and new products we are developing. Send us an email for inquiries on any samples we may have to offer for your unsolicited feedback to hello@flauntbody.com.

Can I sell FLAUNT BODY products on my own website?

We do not permit the sale of FLAUNT BODY unless you are an approved distributor or retailer for saftey concerns. By purchasing our products from our website you are agreeing to use them strictly for personal use or as a gift. Any orders suspected to be for non-personal use may be cancelled.  Email us if you are interested in placing a wholesale order, hello@flauntbody.com.

How long until I see results?

In our trial tests, we saw results immediately when we used the mask after shaving. In skincare, consistency is key so make sure you are consistent with your routines which is why we offer the Ingrown Hair Mask in a five treatment box set.  We recommend using the treatment each time you shave or anytime to feel good!

While we do make our products to target certain issues and areas, everyone's body is different and we do not guarantee you're going to see results. It is always best to do your research and read reviews before purchasing a product. All of our reviews are real and unfiltered.
